I’ve found that my work to life balance has gotten better lately – the last 4 months or so have been tough.
With less stress at work though, I find I’ve started getting ultra lazy when I’m not busy. But that’s not a bad thing, it’s me taking a much needed break.
I do find that I perform highest when I’m stressed (at least that’s how it is re: work – at school was another story)…so I’m trying to get a sense of urgency into my work life again because I want to perform high again. Taking breaks are important but I must not get careless if I want my team and I to reach my end goal.
